LCCC had a unique challenge due to the fact that the two separate and very different arms of the organisation – the professional sports club and Emirates Old Trafford, whose focus is conferencing, events and hospitality – were sharing the same website.

The original site wasn’t delivering, partly because it was home to two distinct websites which didn’t work successfully in conjunction with one another. The by-product of this was that both parts of the business were losing out, unable to capitalise on opportunities to generate thousands of pounds of extra revenue from cross-selling and cross-service opportunities.
